Thanks and rememberance on Thanksgiving Day

We wake up and begin preparations to be with friends and family, to watch football and eat entirely too much food. It is Thanksgiving Day, a day when we take a moment to recognize all that we have to be thankful for at a time when we spend so much time lamenting what we don’t have. Traditional Socialists believe that Capitalism creates its wealth through exploitation of the workforce, creating an unjust disparity of wealth, thus creating an unequal and unjust society. They also believe this results in a society that does not provide equal opportunity, nor does it look to the advancement of technology simply for the common interest, but instead to the ends the wealthy find just.
